Human Resources’ goal is to provide friendly, customer-focused support to employees and the community on behalf of the students we serve and to support the vision and mission of the Sonora Elementary School District.
Our team members provide individual expertise in the areas of recruitment selection, retention, classification and compensation, benefits, staffing, application processing, performance evaluation, credentialing, new employee orientation, accident/illness leaves, investigation, employee discipline, organizational business management, and contract administration.
Our department is dedicated to working diligently to attract and retain talented staff. We are continuously reviewing, modifying, and updating processes in an effort to promote Sonora Elementary School District as an employer of choice while providing quality service to our employees and retirees.
Prerequisites to Employment
