The Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools hosts History Day every other year. National History Day frames students’ research within a historical theme. The theme is chosen for its broad application to world, national, or state history and its relevance to ancient history or the more recent past. The theme for the 2024 History Day is “Turning Points in History.”
Sonora Elementary took first place in every category except one. The 7th graders worked really hard on their projects and represented our school proudly!
